Terms of Use

This is an experimental Showing Route Assistant pilot for Houston metro use. Sign in with your Legworthy account. Use it only with information you are authorized to submit. Do not share your sign-in code or your signed-in browser, probe the service, automate submissions, or attempt to evade usage controls.

The app proposes a visiting order using estimated driving times. Google may return incomplete, approximate or incorrect destinations. Review every property, unit and starting address; a precise coordinate does not prove it is the intended property. Proposed visiting orders do not book showings, check availability, supply navigation, or account for traffic. Estimates are not date/time-specific, exclude time at properties and exclude a return trip to the start. The order minimizes the returned static matrix, not necessarily real-world travel time. Displayed totals sum rounded leg estimates. Verify every destination and use an appropriate navigation service for actual travel. No accuracy, availability, timing or cost savings are guaranteed.

The address-check image uses Google's Static Maps service. Flagged addresses with selected matches also load interactive satellite maps directly from Google using their place IDs. Satellite imagery can be outdated; the map does not replace checking the matched address. Clean rows offer View on Google Maps links that send their addresses and place IDs when tapped. The route map loads Google Maps directly in your browser using the route's place IDs. Google's displayed road path and live trip time may differ from the static estimates used to choose the visiting order. Open in Google Maps and Navigate send addresses and place IDs to Google when tapped; turn-by-turn navigation remains in Google Maps, not this app. Full-route links with more than three intermediate stops work best in the Google Maps app; per-stop Navigate links are available as a fallback. Working addresses are cleared after 30 minutes without a submitted action. New route, signing out of Legworthy and that expiry clear the working addresses, map image and route; there is no saved route history.
